Economic advantages derive for the refuse absence from working and for the minimum finishing intervents requested. Moreover, thanks to the close cell molecular structure, the material is absolutely impermeable.

The characteristics of density, elasticities, softness, color, resistance to UV beams, toxicity reaction to the fire and tolerances, can be modified on specific requirements of the customer.

The expanded synthetic rubber tubes are particularly suitable for the covering of handles and grips.

The elevated elasticity concurs to the perfect adhesion with the superficial ones and the softness makes it pleasant at tact. The outer aspect is also pleasant and is in the skin or covering version, rather than in the version “antisdrucciolo” with cells at sight.

Available in the certified version second the following norms and characteristics:

  • DM 21.3.73 and successive modifications DM n. 220 of 26.04.93 in receptment of the EEC norms on the alimentary contact.
  • Proper contact with food following the American FDA norms.
  • Conformity to norm EN71 part 3a.
  • Determination of the free formaldehyde.
  • Determination of the absence of diarilici compounds and azo-compounds.
